A Notes definition

A Notes means each Note that has a designation starting with “A”, either individually or in the aggregate as the context may require.

A Notes means each of Note A-1-A, Note A-1-B, Note A-1-C, Note A-1-D, Note X-0-X-0, Xxxx X-0-X-0, Note A-2-A-3, Note X-0-X-0, Xxxx X-0-X-0, Note A-2-B-1, Note A-2-B-2, Note A-2-B-3, Note A-2-B-4, Note A-2-B-5, Note A-2-C-1, Note A-2-C-2, Note A-2-C-3, Note A-2-C-4, Note A-2-C-5, Note A-2-D-1, Note A-2-D-2, Note A-2-D-3, Note A-2-D-4 and Note A-2-D-5.

A Notes means each of Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Xxxx X-0, Note A-8, Note A-9 and Note A-10.

Examples of A Notes in a sentence

• The Class C Notes shall be subordinated in right of payment to the Class A Notes and Class B Notes, to the extent set forth herein.

• The Class B Notes shall be subordinated in right of payment to the Class A Notes, to the extent set forth herein.
