Examples of A Notes in a sentence

  • To effect an Optional Redemption, the Issuer shall furnish notice of such Optional Redemption to the Trustee, KBRA and the holders of the Secured Debt not later than four Business Days prior to the Optional Redemption Date in accordance with Section 9.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Class A-L Loans and the Class A Notes will be treated as one Class for purposes of an Optional Redemption.
