Selexis definition

Selexis shall have the meaning as given on Page 2, 1st paragraph.
Selexis. Selexis means Selexis SA, a Swiss company.

  • The relationship between Selexis and COMPANY created by this Agreement is one of independent contractors and neither Party shall have the power or authority to bind or obligate the other Party except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • BMS means the Company, all related companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, successors, assigns and all organizations acquired by the foregoing.

  • ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.

  • Pfizer means Pfizer Inc.

  • Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • OMP means Occupational Medical Practitioner

  • GSK has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • DSM means the most current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders published by the American Psychiatric Association.

Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access controlled-access data subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
