Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Financial Support means any loans, guarantees, Security or other financial assistance (whether actual or contingent).
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.
CCS means a method of exchanging call set up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the Public Switched Network that carries the actual call. Signaling System 7 ("SS7") is currently the preferred CCS method. "Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act" or "CALEA" refers to the duties and obligations of Carriers to assist law enforcement agencies by intercepting communications and records, and installing pen registers and trap and trace devices. "Competitive Local Exchange Carrier" or "CLEC" refers to a Party that has submitted a request, pursuant to this Agreement, to obtain Interconnection, access to Unbundled Network Elements, ancillary services, or resale of Telecommunications Services. CLEC is an entity authorized to provide local Exchange Service that does not otherwise qualify as an Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC).
Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.
Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
NOC means Network and Support Operating Centre.
OCONUS is defined as other than the 48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia. It is anticipated that there may be task orders for work OCONUS. The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Administration, Office of Allowances, publishes quarterly report indexes of living costs abroad, per-diem rate maximums, quarter’s allowances, hardship differentials, and danger pay allowances. The Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR) is the controlling regulations for allowances and benefits available to all U.S. Government civilians assigned to foreign areas. For task orders issued under OASIS SB, Contractor civilians assigned to foreign areas may receive the allowances and benefits in the DSSR but, shall not receive allowance and benefits in excess of those identified in the DSSR. For OCONUS task orders where costs are not specifically addressed in the DSSR, the Government will reimburse the Contractor for all reasonable, allowable, and allocable costs in accordance with FAR 31, Contract Cost Principles and Procedures, and other applicable agency specific regulatory supplements.
Financial Support Direction means a financial support direction issued by the Pensions Regulator under section 43 of the Pensions Xxx 0000.
Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.
Medical support means providing health care coverage for a joint child by carrying health care coverage for the joint child or by contributing to the cost of health care coverage, public coverage, unreimbursed medical expenses, and uninsured medical expenses of the joint child.
EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.
Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.
City’s Project Manager means the City’s employee, or his/her delegate, who is authorized in writing to deal with the Consultant on behalf of the City in connection with the Services, or to make decisions in connection with this Agreement;
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;
Design Professional means architect or engineer.
SGA means the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992. SGL means Superannuation Guarantee Levy. Sham Contracting is where an employment relationship is disguised as a contracting relationship and if the work can be performed under this agreement, then it must be performed under this agreement and any other arrangement shall be considered sham contracting for the purposes of this agreement, and subject to the penalties contained in clause 49 of this agreement. Shiftwork shall be defined as per clause 38.12.
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
