The SGA shall notify the Tribe of the forthcoming Regulatory Fee at least 45 days prior to its becoming due.
The Tribe shall provide copies of all Gaming Test Laboratory invoices and payments by the Tribe to the SGA, which shall have the right to audit such fees.
In the alternative, the Regulatory Fee may be set by agreement between the Tribe and the SGA reached through good faith negotiations commenced at the request of the Tribe, the terms of which may include a fixed amount without subsequent adjustment if both parties, at their sole discretion, agree.
