Procurement Agent definition

Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.

Procurement Agent when named in the Framework Agreement, is a party to the Framework Agreement, but only in its capacity to conclude the Framework Agreement(s) with successful Suppliers, and, as the Entity responsible for managing and administering the Framework Agreement, on behalf of KPLC or Procurement Entities, once it has been concluded.
