National Medical Support Notice definition

National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

More Definitions of National Medical Support Notice

National Medical Support Notice means the notice promulgated pursuant to section 401(b) of the Child Support Performance and Incentive Act of 1998 [Pub. L. 105-200; 112 Stat. 645] and regulations adopted thereunder; and
National Medical Support Notice means a notice as prescribed under 42 U.S.C.§666(a)(19) or a substantially similar notice, that is issued and forwarded by the department in accordance with section 252E.4 to enforce the health care coverage provisions of a support order. The national medical support notice is not applicable to a provider of public coverage.
