Security Assets means all of the assets of the Transaction Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.

Security Control means a safeguard or countermeasure prescribed for an information system or an organization designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information and to meet a set of defined security requirements.
Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
Security Policy means the Authority’s Security Policy annexed to Schedule (Security Requirements and Plan) as updated from time to time.
Provider of financial assurance means an entity that provides financial assurance to an Owner or Operator of an underground storage tank through one of the mechanisms listed in these Regulations, including a guarantor, insurer, risk retention group, surety, issuer of a letter of credit, issuer of a state required mechanism, or a state.
Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent for its own benefit and for the benefit of the other Credit Parties, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property of the Loan Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
Procurement Officer means the Buyer's contracting personnel, as identified in the Introductory Materials.
Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.
Health-care-insurance receivable means an interest in or claim under a policy of insurance which is a right to payment of a monetary obligation for health-care goods or services provided.
