Scientific and Technical Reports. Maintenance Task Analysis” The contractor shall establish a Level of Repair Analysis (XXXX) program which will analyze the logistics requirements and recommend maintenance and supply approach(s) for the Console, Display, and Peripheral Equipment program.   • Clinical Data means the information concerning the safety or performance that is generated from the use of a device and that are sourced from the following:

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.
