Equipment Program. The following provisions apply to you if you elect to purchase supplies or purchase or rent equipment from us at any time:

Equipment Program. The demo equipment program provides Reseller with the necessary access and hardware equipment to demo most Services. The demo program includes a login that enables access to all services as well as the associated hardware including one Unbox Gateway and one Unbox Wi-Fi Access Point. The equipment is intended to be used to enable Reseller to assess the solutions’ viability for End Users before recommending the solution, demoing the solution to a sales prospects, and supporting End xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx User issues. When the equipment is transferred to an End User to support a new service subscription, Uplevel will provide Reseller with replacement hardware for Reseller's use. The equipment must be returned to Uplevel at the termination of the Reseller Agreement. Reseller is responsible for collecting equipment from End Users and returning all Uplevel Systems-owned equipment as soon as possible. If equipment is not returned within 30 calendar days upon termination of the Reseller Agreement, Reseller shall be liable for the value of the equipment, to be determined by Uplevel at the time of termination. Uplevel will xxxx Reseller for equipment not returned.
Equipment Program. Where permitted by law, CCF will lease without charge during the Term, the CCF approved dispensing equipment (including water filtration equipment and annual water filter cartridges) reasonably necessary to enable the Participating System Outlet to dispense a quality Fountain Beverage and tea Beverage. No ice makers will be provided. In any state where a lease without charge is not permitted or Customer or a Participating Franchisee elects to lease additional dispensing equipment, such equipment will be leased at an annual lease rate calculated by multiplying the total installed cost of the additional equipment by the then-current lease factor. The lease factor currently in effect for equipment is *** . Should the standard lease factor change during the Term, any equipment installed after the change goes into effect will be subject to the new lease factor. Lease charges will be deducted from earned funding. Charges in excess of earned funding will be invoiced. All equipment provided by CCF will at all times remain the property of CCF and is subject to the terms and conditions of CCF's standard lease agreement (the “Lease”). Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES A. EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. Supplier will provide the Equipment, Products, or Services as stated in its Proposal submitted under the Solicitation Number listed above. Supplier’s Equipment, Products, or Services Proposal (Proposal) is attached and incorporated into this Contract.   • Equipment Ownership The ownership of all equipment provided by the Contractor shall remain with the Contractor, and equipment shall be maintained by the Contractor in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and all Federal (including OSHA), New York State and local codes. The Contractor shall provide and maintain the collection equipment at the Authorized User’s facility(s) for use twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year. If equipment is removed for longer than brief periods for emptying the container, it shall be replaced with equal type and capacity equipment to ensure continuous dumping ability. If not so provided, the Authorized User shall be provided with a rebate for the amount of time they were unable to dump and the Authorized User may seek "Remedies for Breach" as stated in Appendix B. If the equipment is owned by the Authorized User, the Authorized User assumes liability and costs associated with the equipment and a price reduction may be passed along to the Authorized User representing the difference in cost, if any, for the Contractor not having to provide the equipment.

  • Maintenance Programme 17.4.1 On or before COD and no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to the beginning of each Accounting Year during the Operation Period, as the case may be, the Concessionaire shall provide to the Authority and the Independent Engineer, its proposed annual programme of preventive, urgent and other scheduled maintenance (the “Maintenance Programme”) to comply with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual and Safety Requirements.
