Scheme Voting Record Time definition

Scheme Voting Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document by reference to which entitlement to vote at the Court Meeting will be determined, which is expected to be 6.00 pm on the day which is two business days before the date of the Court Meeting (or any adjournment thereof);

• If the Jersey Court Meeting is adjourned, the Scheme Voting Record Time for the adjourned meeting will be 48 hours prior to the time set for such adjourned meeting.

• Lonmin ADS holders that wish to vote directly on the Scheme should take care to surrender their Lonmin ADSs in time to permit processing to be completed by the Lonmin Depositary and its English custodian prior to the Scheme Voting Record Time.
