As at March 21, 2024, the Directors and executive officers of the Company, as a group, beneficially owned, or controlled or directed, directly or indirectly, 1,194,765Subordinate Voting Shares, representing 3.4% of the issued and outstanding Subordinate Voting Shares and 68,687,887 Multiple Voting Shares, representing 100% of the issued and outstanding Multiple Voting Shares.
