Scheduled Phase Completion Date definition

Scheduled Phase Completion Date means any of the Scheduled Phase I Completion Date, the Scheduled Phase II Completion Date, the Scheduled Phase III Completion Date, the Scheduled Phase IV Completion Date or the Scheduled Phase V Completion Date, as the context requires.

Examples of Scheduled Phase Completion Date in a sentence

  • At any time after the Appointed Date, if any Force Majeure Event occurs, the Agreement Period and the Scheduled Phase Completion Date for the Phase of Project development during which the Force Majeure Event has occurred shall be extended by a period equal in length to the duration for which such Force Majeure Event subsists.

  • The balance in the account shall be allocated 70% to core | customers and 30% to noncore customers.

  • Scheduled Project Completion Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.3 (c);

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Scheduled Downtime has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.
