Rights Issue Documents means the Rights Agency Agreement, the SGX-ST Listing Application, the NASDAQ Listing Application, the Prospectus, the Disclosure Package, the Offer Information Statement, together with the instructions booklet for participation in the Offering of the Shares, the provisional allotment letter and application form with respect to the Share Rights, the ADS rights certificates with respect to the ADS Rights and any other documents relating to the Rights Offering.
Rights Issue Documents means the Letter of Offer, the Abridged Letter of Offer, the CAF and the Disclosure Package, together with all amendments, corrections, supplements or notices to investors, for use in connection with the Rights Issue.
Rights Issue Documents means the Listing Particulars, the PAL and the Press Release issued with the authority of the Company;

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Procurement Documents means the procurement documents attached hereto as Schedule F (if any);

  • Restructuring Documents means, collectively, the documents and agreements (and the exhibits, schedules, annexes and supplements thereto) necessary to implement, or entered into in connection with, this Plan, including, without limitation, the Plan Supplement, the Exhibits, the Plan Schedules, the Amended/New Organizational Documents, the Exit Facility Loan Documents, and the Plan Securities and Documents.

  • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Material Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.23.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted in respect of such grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;

  • Investment Documents means, with respect to any Core Portfolio Investment or any Senior Bank Loan Investment, any related loan agreement, security agreement, mortgage, assignment, all guarantees, note purchase agreement, intercreditor and/or subordination agreements, and UCC financing statements and continuation statements (including amendments or modifications thereof) executed by the Obligor thereof or by another Person on the Obligor’s behalf in respect of such Core Portfolio Investment or Senior Bank Loan Investment and any related promissory note, including, without limitation, general or limited guaranties and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, for each Core Portfolio Investment secured by real property by a mortgage document, an Assignment of Mortgage, and for all Core Portfolio Investments or Senior Bank Loan Investments with a promissory note, an assignment thereof (which may be by allonge), in blank, signed by an officer of the Borrower.

  • Transactional Agreements means: (a) the Agreement; (b) the Assignment and Assumption Agreement; (c) the Voting Agreements; (d) the Credit Agreement; (e) the Patent License Agreement; (f) the Patent Standstill Agreement; and (g) the Stay Orders.

  • Amendment Documents means this Amendment, the Credit Agreement (as amended by this Amendment), and each certificate and other document executed and delivered by the Borrowers pursuant to Section 5 hereof.

  • Constitutive Documents means the Trust Deed or such other documents as defined in the Regulations.

  • Indenture Documents means (a) the Indenture, the Notes, the Security Documents and this Agreement and (b) any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the Indenture or any Security Document, in each case, as such agreements, documents or instruments may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).
