Related Party Agreements definition

Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

• None of the Related Party Agreements, in the form previously delivered to FKWW, has been modified or amended in any material respect through the date hereof except as contemplated by this Agreement, the Stock Purchase Agreements or the Contribution Agreement.
