Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will make available to You for download a file of Your Data in comma separated value (.csv) format along with attachments in their native format. After such 30-day period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control.
Return of Your Data. You have thirty (30) days from the date of termination your Reseller Application subscription term in which to request a copy of Your Data, which will be made available to You in a .csv format. Any modifications to such Your Data made by the Reseller Application outside of the Platform (if any) will not be captured in Your Data as returned and the return of any such modified data shall be the responsibility of Reseller.

After such 30-day period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control.
Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, Maximizer will make Your Data available to You for download. You acknowledge and agree if You fail to make such request and fail to download Your Data within such 30 day period then You may not have access to such information, Maximizer will have no obligation to maintain or provide any such information, such information may be deleted or destroyed by Maximizer and Maximizer will have no responsibility for the failure to provide, loss or destruction of Your Data.
Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will allow you continued access to the Purchased Services to download Your Data. After such 30-day period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control.
Return of Your Data. Upon request by you made within 30 days after the effective date of termination, we will make available to you for download a file of Your Data in a non-proprietary format. After such 30-day period, we will (unless legally prohibited) delete all of Your Data in our systems.
Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will make available to You for download a file of Your Data in excel or any other format supported by our application along with attachments in their native format. After such 30-days period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data.

Upon request by You made within 60 days before the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will make available to You for download a file of Your Data in comma separated value (.csv) format or any other format that might outcome along with attachments in their native format. After such 60-day period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control. You can also request Us a file of Your Data at any time and We will provided it to You under the terms of this Clause and subject to the then current prices according to Guestcentric’s price list.
Return of Your Data. If this Agreement is terminated by Jungo due to Your breach, during the 30-day cure period described in Section 13.3(i) above, You may request in writing to have Your Data returned. If You send notice to Jungo of Your intention not to renew this Agreement or for termination due to Jungo’s breach, prior to expiration or termination of this Agreement, You must request in writing to have Your Data returned. Pursuant to a request, SFDC will make available to You for download a file of Your Data in comma separated value (.csv) format along with attachments in their native format. After the date of any termination or expiration of this Agreement, SFDC shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in SFDC’s systems or otherwise in SFDC’s possession or under SFDC’s control.
Return of Your Data. We will maintain Your Data and Output for a period of 30 days after the effective date of termination of this Agreement to enable You to download Your Data and Output. After such time period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide access to any of Your Data or Output and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data and Output in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control.
