Current Prices definition

Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,
Current Prices means the prices at which the Products will initially be sold to RBX Customers, as set forth on Exhibit A hereto as of --------- March 4, 2002, including any cash discounts and volume rebates and subject to any freight policies set forth thereon.

  • Current Price means, with respect to any Reference Obligation on any date of determination, the Calculation Agent’s determination of the net cash proceeds that would be received from the sale on such date of determination of such Reference Obligation, net of the related Costs of Assignment.
