Day-ahead Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Current Rate means the applicable basic minimum wage rate for Local Workers by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance, prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for submission of Tenders.
Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.
Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.
SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.
Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
