Ownership of Your Data. As between Us and You, You exclusively own all rights, title and interest in and to all of Your Data.

Ownership of Your Data. As between G2 and You, You exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to Your Data. You hereby grant G2, its A liates, and its and their applicable contractors a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-assignable (except as expressly stated herein), worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, use, transmit, and display Your Data, as appropriate for G2 to provide and ensure proper operation of, the Application(s) and associated systems in accordance with this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You agree that G2 shall have the right to: (a) access and use Your Data (i) to provide, maintain, and update the Applications; (ii) for the purpose of providing statistical insights and analysis related to You and Your Users’ use of Offerings; and (b) anonymize and aggregate Your Data (such anonymized and aggregated data, “Aggregate Data”) to prepare reports, studies, analyses, and other work product resulting from such Aggregate Data; provided that under no circumstances shall G2 distribute or otherwise make available to any third party any data that is identifiable as Your Data. Subject to the limited licenses granted herein, G2 acquires no right, title, or interest from You under this Agreement in or to any of Your Data.
Ownership of Your Data. As between Indexed I/O and You, You exclusively own all right, title and interest in and to Your Data and all IPR therein or related thereto. For purposes of this Agreement, “IPR” means any and all intellectual property rights, proprietary rights, rights of publicity, rights of privacy, and any and all other legal rights protecting data, information or intangible property throughout the world, including, without limitation, any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, patent rights, moral rights, sui generis rights in databases, and contract rights. Indexed I/O will treat Your Data in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. You grant to Indexed I/O all rights and licenses in and to Your Data necessary for Indexed I/O to provide the Services under this Agreement. As between You and Indexed I/O, You retain all of Your rights in and to Your Data and do not convey any rights therein to Indexed I/O other than the limited rights and licenses set forth herein. You represent and warrant that none of Your Data violates this Agreement, including the Acceptable Use Policy. You will maintain an adequate back-up of all Your Data and Indexed I/O will not be responsible or liable for any deletion, correction, destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store or back-up any of Your Data. Indexed I/O may take remedial action if any of Your Data violates this Agreement, including, without limitation, deletion of any of Your Data from the Services, provided that Indexed I/O is under no obligation to review any of Your Data for accuracy or potential liability. You represent and warrant to Indexed I/O that You have all necessary right, title, interest and consent necessary to allow Indexed I/O to use Your Data for the purposes for which You provide Your Data to Indexed I/O. You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Indexed I/O from any and all losses, costs, damages, liabilities or expenses (including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees) incurred or arising from any claim by a third party arising out of or relating to Your Data or the use thereof by Indexed I/O in providing the Services.
Ownership of Your Data. As between Maximizer and You, You retain all rights, title and interest in and to all of Your Data.
Ownership of Your Data. We do not claim any ownership over Your Data. We may use Your Data for the following purposes: (a) to provide the Sierra Solutions to you and your Authorized Users, and (b) to comply with the terms of this Agreement and our legal obligations.

You acknowledge and understand that Right Networks may have access to the files on your Active Computers and the files on any network connected to such Active Computers merely by virtue of having access to such Active Computers. You acknowledge and understand that Right Networks may be required to copy, backup or transfer such data in connection with providing the Services. You represent and warrant that you are the legal and beneficial owner of all data and information, including personally identifiable information, that you have provided or will provide or make available to Right Networks in connection with the Services (collectively, “Customer Data”). You are the exclusive owner of your Customer Data and no rights to said Customer Data are transferred to Right Networks, except for the license grant set forth in Section 5(B) herein.
