Common use of Return of Your Data Clause in Contracts

Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will make available to You for download a file of Your Data in an industry-standard relational database format. After such 30-day period, We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of Your Data and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of Your Data in Our systems or otherwise in Our possession or under Our control. You understand and agree that this Section 12.5 will apply only in respect of Your Data that we host in the Cloud Services.

Return of Your Data. Upon request by You made within 30 days after the effective date of termination of a Purchased Services subscription, We will make available to You a single User Subscription expiring 30 days after Your termination in good faith for download a file the sole purpose to export Your Data. If the User Subscription is utilized by You or Your agents for any purposes other than to explicitly export Your Data, We reserve the right to delete all of Your Data in an industrybefore the 30-standard relational database formatday period expires.
