Research Program Results definition

Research Program Results means all data sets, data analyses, reports detailing all optimized conditions and procedures, test results, laboratory notes, techniques, know-how, and any other results that are obtained in the performance of the Research Program.
Research Program Results means all Combination Therapy Data and all other Know-How generated by or on behalf of either Party or any of its Affiliates or Subcontractors pursuant to the conduct of Research Program Activities. Notwithstanding Section 1.13.1 of the CLA, the Research Program Results shall not be deemed to be “Results” under the CLA.
Research Program Results means Phase I Results and Phase II Results.

  • Company shall have the sole right to publish the Research Program Results.

  • Each party reserves the right to publish or publicly present the results of its own development activities in respect of the Licensed Products (all such results, including the Research Program Results, being collectively referred to as the "Results").

  • ExScientia wishes to grant to Sanofi, and Sanofi wishes to receive from ExScientia, the exclusive option to acquire an exclusive license under the Research Program Results (as defined herein) to research, develop, manufacture and commercialize the Products (as defined herein).

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Licensed Programs means, collectively, NeoSystems’ and any Third Party Vendor computer software programs to be provided to Client for use on certain hardware on Client’s premises or a third party’s premises as set forth in an Agreement. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.
