Xxxxxxx and Rigel shall provide the RMC with reasonable access during regular business hours to all Xxxxxxx Know-How, Rigel Know-How and Research Program Know-How specific to the Research Program that the RMC determines that is reasonably required in order to perform its obligations hereunder, subject to any bona fide obligations of confidentiality to a Third Party.
