Replacement Provider definition

Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.
Replacement Provider means any replacement Provider appointed by us to provide services on or after the expiry or termination of this Contract the same as or similar to Contract Work carried out by you at or prior to expiry or termination;
Replacement Provider means the entity designated by the Deconversion Fund in a written notice received by a Customer Service Officer as the successor service Provider for such Deconversion Fund.
