Replacement Notice is defined in Section 4.11.
Contract Demand means:-
Peak Demand means the maximum Metered Demand in the last 12 months;
Replacement Engine means a [Engine Manufacturer and Model] engine (or an engine of the same or another manufacturer of a comparable or an improved model and suitable for installation and use on the Airframe with the other Engine (or any other Replacement Engine being substituted simultaneously therewith)) that shall have been made subject to the Lien of the Indenture pursuant to Section 7.04 or Section 7.05 thereof, together with all Parts relating to such engine, but excluding items installed or incorporated in or attached to any such engine from time to time that are excluded from the definition of Parts.
Replacement Provider has the meaning set forth in Section II.D.1.
on demand means a system where a user, subscriber or viewer is enabled to access, at a time chosen by such user, any content in electronic form, which is transmitted over a computer resource and is selected by the user;
Replacement Agent means the Fiscal Agent or, in respect of any Tranche of Notes, the Paying Agent named as such in the relevant Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be);
Review Demand Date means, for a Review, the date when the Indenture Trustee determines that each of (a) the Delinquency Trigger has occurred and (b) the required percentage of Noteholders has voted to direct a Review under Section 7.2 of the Indenture.
Replacement Airframe means any airframe substituted for the Airframe pursuant to Article IV of the Trust Indenture.
Substitution Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.17 (Substitution of Lenders).
Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;
daily firm demand means the peak aggregate daily demand for gas by the Licensee's consumers from time to time which might reasonably be expected after the Licensee had interrupted or reduced the supply of gas toeach consumer to the extent that (otherwise than
Billing Demand means the metered demand or connected load after necessary adjustments have been made for power factor, intermittent rating, transformer losses and minimum billing. A measurement in kiloWatts (kW) of the maximum rate at which electricity is consumed during a billing period;
Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.
Video-On-Demand or “VOD” means a programming system for transmission and retransmission of a single motion picture or programme (or series of related programs) delivered by means of a telecommunications or other technical system from a digital storage devise or presented in any form that permits Exhibition of such motion picture or programs in a non-linear form at the discretion of the viewer.
Replacement Price Section 1.51 is amended by (i) adding the phrase “for delivery” immediately before the phrase “at the Delivery Point” in the second line and (ii) deleting the phrase “at Buyer’s option” from the fifth line and replacing it with the phrase “absent a purchase”.
Underwritten Demand shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.3 of this Agreement.
Issuance Request means a Letter of Credit request and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B-2 hereto.
Replacement Energy means Energy purchased by Buyer as replacement for any Delivery Shortfall.
Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.
Replacement Property means any property which is placed in service as a replacement for any item of Equipment or any Improvement previously subject to this Fee Agreement regardless of whether such property serves the same functions as the property it is replacing and regardless of whether more than one piece of property replaces any item of Equipment or any Improvement to the fullest extent that the FILOT Act permits.
Replacement unit means a landfill, surface impoundment, or waste pile unit (1) from which all or substantially all of the waste is removed, and (2) that is subsequently reused to treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste. “Replacement unit” does not apply to a unit from which waste is removed during closure, if the subsequent reuse solely involves the disposal of waste from that unit and other closing units or corrective action areas at the facility, in accordance with an approved closure plan or EPA or State approved corrective action.

Replacement Liquidity Provider has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Replacement Capital Covenant has the meaning specified in the introduction to this instrument.
Replacement Agreement means an agreement entered into as a replacement for any Relevant Agreement;
