Review Demand Date definition

Review Demand Date means, for a Review, the date when the Indenture Trustee determines that each of (a) the Delinquency Trigger has occurred and (b) the required percentage of Noteholders has voted to direct a Review under Section 7.2 of the Indenture.

Related to Review Demand Date

  • Demand Date means, with respect to a transfer by a party:

  • Underwritten Demand shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.3 of this Agreement.

  • Demand Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(i).

  • Review Notice means the notice from the Indenture Trustee to the Asset Representations Reviewer and the Servicer directing the Asset Representations Reviewer to perform a Review.

  • Submission Deadline means 1:00 P.M., New York City time, on any Auction Date or such other time on any Auction Date as may be specified by the Auction Agent from time to time as the time by which each Broker-Dealer must submit to the Auction Agent in writing all Orders obtained by it for the Auction to be conducted on such Auction Date.

  • Dispute Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

  • Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Loan Assignment by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.
