Alternative Power definition

Alternative Power means the power in kilovolt-amperes (kVa) measured by the meter or meters located at the interconnection of the Alternative Source of Power and the Customer’s internal load. The basis for determining the quantity of kVa of Alternative Power shall be consistent with the provisions for determining billing demand as stated in the Otherwise Applicable Rate Schedule.
