Removal Activities means anthropogenic activities resulting in a net removal of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the atmosphere and durably storing it for at least two to three centuries in geological, terrestrial, or ocean reservoirs. It includes existing and potential anthropogenic enhancement of biological or geochemical sinks and direct air capture and storage but excludes natural CO2 uptake not directly caused by human activities. Related to Removal Activities

  • Environmental Activities means the use, generation, transportation, handling, discharge, production, treatment, storage, release or disposal of any Hazardous Materials at any time to or from any portion of the Premises or located on or present on or under any portion of the Premises.
