Remedial Period definition

Remedial Period means the period of time within which the Recipient is required to remedy an Event of Default, pursuant to paragraph A.12.3 (b), and includes any such period or periods of time by which the Province extends that time in accordance with section A.12.4 (Recipient Not Remedying).
Remedial Period has the meaning given in Article 16.1.1.

Examples of Remedial Period in a sentence

  • If before the expiry of the Remedial Period, the underlying Event of Default is neither cured nor waived nor the Parties and the Lenders have agreed upon any of the measures in accordance with Section 15.4, the Party who has issued the Consultation Notice shall have the right to terminate this Agreement, in which event, the provisions of Article 16 shall, to the extent expressly made applicable, apply.
