Recipient Contribution definition

Recipient Contribution means the amount of Recipient organisation’s own cash funds contributed to the Project as set out in Item 11 of Schedule 1. Report means a written report in a format notified by the Department which includes:
Recipient Contribution means the cash contribution that the Recipient is required to make to the Project as specified in Item 7 of the Details;
Recipient Contribution means the Project Costs less the Authority Contribution.

More Definitions of Recipient Contribution

Recipient Contribution means the cash contribution that the Recipient is required to make to the Project as specified in Item 8 of Schedule 1;  State means the State of Queensland as represented by the Department of State Development, Tourism and Innovation, and includes, where relevant, its officers, employees, contractors and agents.
Recipient Contribution means the amount the Recipient is contributing towards the Project as specified in Item 4 of the Agreement Details.
Recipient Contribution has the meaning in clause 6.1.
Recipient Contribution means the amount or amounts (if any) of funds specified as being contributed by You towards a Capital Works Project as set out in Item G of a relevant Project Schedule. Related Entity has the same meaning as is given to that term in the Code Guidelines. relevant Project Schedule means the Project Schedule that relates to a particular Capital Works Project completed and signed in accordance with clause 3. Reports means the reports referred to in clause 13.4(a) of this MOU.
Recipient Contribution means the monies to be made available by the Recipient to carry out the Project, as described in the Front Sheet;
Recipient Contribution means the amount of the Recipient’s own cash funds contributed to the Project as set out in Item 11 of Schedule 1.
