Re-Assignment definition

Re-Assignment means the change of an employee from one position to another position, in the same class or another class having the same maximum salary limits, involving the performance of similar duties and requiring substantially the same basic qualifications.
Re-Assignment means the process by which a Member is assigned to a Health Home contracted with the MCO.
