The "Program needs" clause defines the specific requirements or resources necessary for the successful operation of a program under the agreement. This may include details such as staffing levels, equipment, facilities, or other support that must be provided by one or both parties to ensure the program runs smoothly. By clearly outlining these needs, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aware of their obligations, thereby supporting the effective delivery of the program and minimizing the risk of operational disruptions.
Program needs. Each employee who is not retained for employment will be placed in a pool for consideration for reemployment for the succeeding school year. Such consideration will be for any position for which such an employee is qualified by training and experience. If the employee declines an offer of employment, he/she will be dropped from the pool.
