RDO Flexibility. The application of this clause is dependent upon consultation and agreement between the parties provided that agreement will not be unreasonably withheld.
RDO Flexibility. It is recognised by the parties that job creation and quality of life is vital to employees and the Electrical and Communications Contracting Industry therefore flexibility in taking RDO's may be achieved by the Company and an employee(s) agreeing to change their RDO’s to another mutually convenient day.

RDO Flexibility. (a) There shall be flexibility in taking RDOs against the principle of balancing the needs of the employee and the Employer. This flexibility will be arranged by agreement between the Employer and the majority of employees concerned.
RDO Flexibility. RDO flexibility is to be implemented as set out below: Production
RDO Flexibility. It is a term of this agreement that the Company will be afforded increased flexibility on Rostered Days Off (RDO’s). In recognition of the fact that the principal contractors for which the Company works, are covered by differing parent awards, RDO’s shall be scheduled to coincide with these. Penalty rates shall not apply on Building & Construction Industry RDO’s.
RDO Flexibility. RDOs will be arranged so as to enable the plant to work ordinary hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday, (subject to public holidays) in any week. RDO flexibility shall be implemented in accordance with Schedule 1, attached.
RDO Flexibility. To suit work and training scheduling and provide employees with flexible RDOs than RDO flexibility needs to exist with the employee and his/her supervisor. In such cases, the employee and supervisor will document and agree the times and dates for any future reference. Agreement to the flexibility of RDO‘s will not be unreasonably withheld if prior discussion takes place between the parties.
RDO Flexibility. 5.3.1 All accrued Rostered Days Off shall be banked and taken only in the first seven (7) months of each calendar year. The time of taking the banked RDO's shall be determined by the Company following consultation with the Employee concerned.
