Quarterly Development Report definition

Quarterly Development Report means the quarterly development report substantially in the form as notified by HUD to the Provider from time to time that the Provider is to provide to HUD as set out in the Key Terms;
Quarterly Development Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4.
Quarterly Development Report means the quarterly development report substantially in the form as notified by MSD to the Provider from time to time that the Provider is to provide to MSD as set out in the Key Terms; Sunset Date means the date identified in the Key Terms;

Related to Quarterly Development Report

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Progress Report means the report similar in form and content to that attached hereto as Appendix III.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Phase III Clinical Trial means a large, controlled or uncontrolled Clinical Study that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(c), intended to gather the additional information about effectiveness and safety that is needed to evaluate the overall benefit-risk relationship of the drug and to provide an adequate basis for physician labeling.

  • Annual Work Plan and Budget means the work plan and budget approved by the Bank and adopted by the Borrower in accordance with the provisions of Section I.C of Schedule 2 of this Agreement, as said work plan and budget may be modified from time to time with the written agreement of the Bank.
