Purchasing Card definition

Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means the corporate charge cards used by the Customer, as may be changed from time to time;
Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means The State of West Virginia’s Purchasing Card program, administered under contract by a banking institution, processes payment for goods and services through state designated credit cards.
Purchasing Card means a credit card provided by the Town to authorized officers and employees for use as a payment method to purchase directly from Suppliers where permitted under the Procurement Policy and in accordance with any cardholder agreement and applicable procedures.

Examples of Purchasing Card in a sentence

  • Payments may be made via a State or political subdivision "Purchasing Card" with no additional charge.

  • Contractor must be able to accept the State of Florida Purchasing Card and MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) purchase orders.

  • If the Contractor accepts orders using the State’s Purchasing Card (see Appendix B Purchasing Card), also referred to as the Procurement Card, the Contractor shall not charge or bill the Authorized User for any additional charges related to the use of the Purchasing Card, including but not limited to processing charges, surcharges, or other fees.

More Definitions of Purchasing Card

Purchasing Card means a statewide commercial credit card for electronic purchasing transactions by any agency, department, division, bureau, enterprise, unit or other state entity to facilitate the acquisition of goods, services and select travel expenses.
Purchasing Card means a charge card approved by the County that can be used by authorized employees to acquire low dollar value items as outlined in the applicable policies and procedures for the purchasing card;
Purchasing Card or “P-Card” means a commercial card that allows organizations to take advantage of the existing credit card infrastructure to make electronic payments for goods or services. A P-Card is similar to a consumer credit card, but the University must pay the card issuer in full each month.
