Public Float Date means the first date on which shares of Common Stock shall have been sold pursuant to one or more Public Offerings in which the aggregate proceeds (before deducting underwriter discounts and commissions) to the Company and the selling stockholders, if any, of such shares equal or exceed $25 million.
