Applicable Par Call Date definition

Applicable Par Call Date means, (i) with respect to the 2031 Notes, September 15, 2031 (three months prior to the stated maturity date of such 2031 Notes) and (ii) with respect to the 2051 Notes, June 15, 2051 (six months prior to the stated maturity date of such 2051 Notes).
Applicable Par Call Date means (1) with respect to the 2.750% Notes due 2022, February 1, 2022 (one month prior to the maturity of the 2.750% Notes due 2022), (2) with respect to the 3.250% Notes due 2024, January 14, 2024 (one month prior to the maturity of the 3.250% Notes due 2024), (3) with respect to the 3.375% Notes due 2029, December 1, 2028 (three months prior to the maturity of the 3.375% Notes due 2029) and (4) with respect to the 4.000% Notes due 2048, March 14, 2048 (six months prior to the maturity of the 4.000% Notes due 2048).
Applicable Par Call Date means with respect to a Series of Debt Securities, the date specified in the Reverse of Debt Securities (Terms and Conditions of the Debt Securities) for such Debt Securities.

Examples of Applicable Par Call Date in a sentence

  • In the case of any redemption with a Redemption Date on or after the Applicable Par Call Date, the Redemption Price will equal 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the Notes to be redeemed, plus accrued interest thereon to, but not including, the Redemption Date.

  • On or after the Applicable Par Call Date, the Issuer may redeem the Notes, in whole or in part, at any time and from time to time, at a Redemption Price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the relevant Redemption Date.
