Trading Date definition

Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to a registration statement filed with and declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act.

Trading Date means the closing of the first sale to the general public of the Shares pursuant to an effective registration statement under Applicable Laws, which results in the Shares being publicly traded on one or more established stock exchanges or national market systems.

Trading Date means any day on which the Shares or depositary receipts representing the Shares are (i) publicly traded on one or more established stock exchanges or automated quotation systems under an effective registration statement or similar document under Applicable Law or (ii) quoted by a recognized securities dealer.
