Proposed Development and Production Plan definition

Proposed Development and Production Plan means the detailed document required in order to obtain approval by the Commissioner pursuant to Clause 6.6 of Development and Production Operations in respect of one or more Discovery Areas that, among other things, is in accordance with, and includes the information specified in, Clause 6.5 including policies and procedures for Abandonment in connection therewith.
Proposed Development and Production Plan means the detailed document required in order to obtain approval by the Minister pursuant to Article 7.7 of Development and Production Operations in respect of one or more discovered Petroleum Accumulations that, among other things, is in accordance with, and includes the information specified in, Article 7.6 including policies and procedures for Decommissioning in connection therewith.

Examples of Proposed Development and Production Plan in a sentence

  • Where the expert determines that the Proposed Development and Production Plan meets the requirements of Clause 6.5, the Commissioner shall forthwith give the requisite approval to the Proposed Development and Production Plan submitted by the Licensee.

  • Within thirty (30) days thereafter the expert shall choose between the two submitted Proposed Development and Production Plans based upon which most closely takes into account that expert’s previous decision and meets the requirements of Clause 6.5 and the Commissioner shall forthwith give the requisite approval to the chosen Proposed Development and Production Plan.

  • Except where the Proposed Development and Production Plan submitted by the Licensee does not meet the requirements of Clause 6.5, the Commissioner shall give his or her approval to the Proposed Development and Production Plan within a period of six (6) months from the date of its submission.

  • Where the Proposed Development and Production Plan is not approved by the Commissioner the Parties shall, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the Licensee has been notified of the Commissioner’s decision, meet to attempt to agree on the revisions to the Proposed Development and Production Plan proposed by the Commissioner.

  • The Proposed Development and Production Plan shall provide a clear explanation of the Licensee’s commitments in respect of the development of the Petroleum resources in a manner that is representative of Best Industry Practice and shall not contain any activities or operations that are contingent on further Appraisal Operations or on any other activities, operations or determinations.

  • Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Planned development means a real property development other than a community apartment project, a condominium project, or a stock cooperative, having either or both of the following features:

Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Transit-oriented development means infrastructure improvements that are located within 1/2 mile of a transit station or transit-oriented facility that promotes transit ridership or passenger rail use as determined by the board and approved by the municipality in which it is located.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • experimental development means acquiring, combining, shaping and using existing scientific, technological, business and other relevant knowledge and skills with the aim of developing new or improved products, processes or services. This may also include, for example, activities aiming at the conceptual definition, planning and documentation of new products, processes or services;

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products. The term does not include an establishment engaged in efficiency surveys, management studies, consumer surveys, economic surveys, advertising, promotion, banking, or research in connection with literary, historical, or similar projects.

  • municipal spatial development framework means a municipal spatial development framework adopted by the Municipality in terms of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Systems Act;

  • Clean coal technology demonstration project means a project using funds appropriated under the heading “Department of Energy—Clean Coal Technology,” up to a total amount of $2,500,000,000 for commercial demonstration of clean coal technology, or similar projects funded through appropriations for the Environmental Protection Agency. The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water. Economic development project includes necessary buildings, improvements, or structures suitable for and intended for or incidental to use as an industrial or commercial enterprise or housing development; and includes industrial park or industrial site improvements and port improvements or housing development incidental to an industrial or commercial enterprise; and includes the machinery, furnishings, and equipment necessary, suitable, intended for, or incidental to a commercial, industrial, or residential use in connection with the buildings or structures.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Development Budget means the cost categories listed on Pages 8 - 11 in Form 3 that are directly related to the proposed Project as submitted in the Application. Indirect or off-site costs not directly related to the development of the project are not valid or eligible costs.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Infill development means new construction on a vacant commercial lot currently held as open space.
