Resident and Co-tenants agree to abide by all local, state, and governmental laws, orders, and regulations (the “Law”) and to avoid disruptive behavior or conduct, or Resident(s) will be subject to the Property Rules and Regulations Violation Fee of $50 minimum.
A violation of the Property Rules is a violation of this rental agreement.
Such right to use the Common Area is subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Lease, including without limitation all Property Rules and other Laws.

The Property Rules, as amended by HACH from time to time, are part of this rental agreement.
