Property Rules definition

Property Rules means those certain rules attached to this Lease as EXHIBIT "E," as Landlord may amend the same from time to time.
Property Rules means those terms, conditions, and operating requirements set forth in Exhibit 2 attached hereto, which Property Rules may be amended upon ten (10) days prior Notice to User and no such amendment shall negate the User’s obligations hereunder.
Property Rules are certain rules attached to the Lease that describe applicable property guidelines to the Tenants, i.e., parking rules and playground rules.

Property Rules means the rules for the use of the Common Property attached as Schedule "D" hereto, as may be amended from time to time as permitted thereunder;

  • HIPAA Rules means the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.

  • Client Money Rules means the rules specified in paragraph 18(2)(j) of the Law which provides for the Provision of Investment Services, the Exercise of Investment Activities, the Operation of Regulated Markets and other related matters and the Directives and Circulars issued pursuant to this paragraph, as amended from time to time by CYSEC.

  • NYSRC Reliability Rules means the rules applicable to the operation of the New York Transmission System. These rules are based on Reliability Standards adopted by NERC and NPCC, but also include more specific and more stringent rules to reflect the particular requirements of the New York Transmission System.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Data Protection Laws and Regulations means all laws and regulations, including laws and regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, applicable to the Processing of Personal Data under the Agreement.

  • SIFT Rules means the provisions of the Tax Act, including those contained in sections 104, 122 and 122.1 of the Tax Act, which apply to the taxation of a “specified investment flow through trust” and its unitholders.
