Property Owner or Owners definition

Property Owner or Owners means the holder of legal title, contract purchaser, or lessee under a lease with an unexpired term of more than one (1) year jointly with the holder of title.
Property Owner or Owners as used here shall mean owners at the time of commencement of the CFD, owners owned or controlled by said owner or any related owners and any successor property owner.
