Mortgage Borrower shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Mortgage Borrower

Mortgage Borrower means one of the Mortgage Borrowers individually or the Mortgage Borrowers collectively, as the context shall require.

Mortgage Borrower means, collectively, the entities set forth on Schedule XIII hereto, each a Delaware limited liability company, together with their respective successors and permitted assigns. As used herein the term “Mortgage Borrower” shall mean one of the Mortgage Borrowers individually or the Mortgage Borrowers collectively, as the context shall require.
