The Master Tenant will keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and complete records of the Collateral.
The term of this Agreement will begin on the date of this Agreement and continue in full force and effect and be binding on the Master Tenant until the date that all of the Obligations are fully and finally paid and satisfied.
In addition to the Healthcare Facility, Master Tenant is or will be leasing a number of other healthcare facilities (the “Other Healthcare Facilities”), pursuant to the Master Lease, and subleasing each in turn to an affiliated operator (collectively, the “Other Operators”), each pursuant to a sublease agreement, as now or hereafter amended and/or renewed or extended (collectively the “Other Subleases”).

All rights and remedies of the Secured Party under this Agreement will inure to the benefit of the Secured Party’s successors and assigns; and all agreements, obligations, and duties of the Master Tenant will bind its heirs, personal representatives and permitted successors and assigns; however, the Master Tenant may not assign this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement or delegate any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement without the consent of the Secured Party.
