Construction Parties definition

Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement.
Construction Parties means all of the Parties to a Construction Service Agreement, Network Upgrade Cost Responsibility Agreement, or a GIA that requires activities pursuant to a GIA.
Construction Parties means the Persons other than the Company that are parties to the Construction Agreements.
