Proof definition

Proof means the evidence in support of a claim for benefits and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Proof means a multiple which is the same as, and which is produced from the same master as the multiples in a limited edition, but which, whether so designated or not, is set aside from and is in addition to the limited edition to which it relates.
Proof means written proof covering the occurrence, the character and the extent of the loss for which the claim is made.

Repair orders from a licensed Repair Facility must be readable and understandable, with customer complaint and repair diagnosis, parts, labor hours, Vehicle identification number, date, Vehicle mileage, Your name and signature, licensed Repair Facility name, address and phone number, repair totals, Deductible(s) (if applicable), and method of payment to satisfy the repair order. The Administrator for related repairs may request “Proof” of maintenance and/or Your self-maintained log with corresponding original receipts.
