The Issuer shall also arrange for such unauthenticated Temporary Global Bonds, Permanent Global Bonds, Definitive Bonds and Coupons as are required to enable the Fiscal Agent to perform its obligations under clause 6 (Cancellation, Destruction and Records) to be made available to the Fiscal Agent from time to time.
