Sponsored Funds definition

Sponsored Funds means each pooled investment vehicle that relies on an exemption from registration under either Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of the Investment Company Act that is sponsored, advised, issued or distributed by the Company or any of its Affiliates and as more specifically identified in Section 4.20(a) of the Seller Disclosure Letter.
Sponsored Funds means each Investment Company for which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries provide investment advisory services that is sponsored by the Company or any Subsidiary thereof and/or for which any of them act as a general partner, managing member or in a similar capacity. As used throughout this Agreement, “investment advisory services” shall mean acting as an investment advisor within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Investment Advisers Act”).
Sponsored Funds has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Cleared Funds means the proceeds of cheque deposits to your account, once the cheque is cleared, cash deposits and direct credits.
