PROMOTIONAL LINKS means links to the Web sites of any third party for which Company receives monetary, promotional, or other consideration.
PROMOTIONAL LINKS means hyper links proximately located to text that promotes the Service and contains either a tracking code provided by Waterfront or the Dedicated URL that allows Waterfront to identify the recipient as having been directed to the Service by the applicable Licensor Partner.   • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. When used as a verb, "Co-Promote" shall mean to engage ---------- in such activities.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.
