Project Design Documents definition

Project Design Documents means all of the drawings, plans, specifications, contracts and related items that define and describe the design and construction of the New Improvements, or the renovation of Existing Improvements, including, without limitation, construction documents, related design contracts, all construction and fit-out contracts, and similar documents and information.
Project Design Documents has the meaning given to that term in Section 7.02.

  • Upon five (5) days notification to Subtenant and as accompanied by Subtenant’s Representative, Sublessor shall have the right to enter upon the Subleased Premises during construction for the purpose of inspecting the ongoing construction of the Facilities and to determine that such work is being performed in conformity with the approved Project Design Documents and the Plans and Specifications referenced below.

  • Within their tasks ECOFYS will: - Obtain and provide all data and information required for the successful development and execution of the projects; - Execution of baseline studies and the making of Project Design Documents (PDD's) within the CDM project cycle; - Registration by the Executive Board within the CDM project cycle.

  • The two parties, Hop2it and NFS, are working on completing the Project Design Documents (“PDD”), which will qualify NFS for Permit Issuance by the CCDA, once the PNG moratorium on new REDD+ projects ( which has been in place since March 2022) is lifted.

  • Prior to Commencement of Construction, Subtenant shall deliver to Sublessor (i) a copy of the signed contract between Subtenant and the general contractor for the construction of the Facilities (“Construction Contract”) and (ii) two (2) complete sets of the Project’s Plans and Specifications as prepared in accordance with the approved Project Design Documents by architect and engineer licensed in Maryland (the “Plans and Specifications”).

  • Approval or disapproval of Project Design Documents should be issued in writing by the Board immediately after a review is completed but in no event later than sixty (60) days from the date of Subtenant’s delivery of the Design Documents to Sublessor.

Related to Project Design Documents

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Schematic Design Documents means drawings prepared by the Trade Contractor that illustrate the scale and relationship of the various Trade Contractor Work components and which also contain square footage and volume calculations for the building interior spaces, building exterior spaces, and major architectural and interior finishes.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Project designer means a person who designs any of the following activities with respect to RACM in a facility:

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Design-build team means an entity that consists of:

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Design-build contract means a single contract with a Design-Build Firm for the design and construction of a public construction project.

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
