Product Specific Patent Rights. Product-Specific Patent Rights means Sandoz Product-Specific Patent Rights, Momenta Product-Specific Patent Rights and Joint Product-Specific Patent Rights.

Product Specific Patent Rights means any C4 Licensed Patent Rights or Collaboration Patent Rights that Cover any Product-Specific Know-How. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any Patent Rights that Cover both Assigned Platform Know-How and Product-Specific Know-How will be Product-Specific Patent Rights for the purposes of this Agreement.

• With respect to Product Specific Patent Rights related to Multi-Indication Products, the Parties will endeavor to prosecute such Patent Rights to claim inventions related to Neurological Diseases separately from inventions related to Non-Neurological Indications.

• Roche shall have the sole right to, at Roche’s discretion, file, prosecute, and maintain (including the defense of any interference or opposition proceedings) all Patent Rights comprising Roche Technology (other than Roche Collaboration Patent Rights that constitute Product Specific Patent Rights) in Roche’s name.
