Product Development Committee definition

Product Development Committee or "PDC" shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3(a).
Product Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a) of this Agreement.
Product Development Committee has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.1 hereof.
