Process definition

Process or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure, or destruction.
Process has the meaning given to it under the Data Protection Legislation but, for the purposes of this Contract, it shall include both manual and automatic processing;
Process or “Processing” or “Processed” as defined in the relevant Data Privacy Laws or, where not defined, means any operation or set of operations which is performed whether or not by automatic means (including, without limitation, accessing, collecting, recording, organizing, retaining, storing, adapting or altering, transmitting, retrieving, consulting, using, disclosing, making available, aligning, combining, blocking, erasing and destroying Personal Information).

Process means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as access, collection, compilation, use, disclosure, duplication, organization, storage, alteration, transmission, combination, redaction, erasure, or destruction.
