Service of process by the Lender in connection with such action or proceeding shall be binding on the Guarantor if sent to the Guarantor by registered or certified mail at its address specified below or such other address as from time to time notified by the Guarantor.
Service of any process, summons, notice or document by mail to such party’s address set forth above shall be effective service of process for any suit, action or other proceeding brought in any such court.
Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon Grantee any right to continue in the Service of the Company (or any parent, affiliate or subsidiary entity of the Company) for any period of specific duration or interfere with or otherwise restrict in any way the rights of the Company (or any parent, affiliate or subsidiary entity of the Company) or Grantee, which rights are hereby expressly reserved by each, to terminate Grantee’s Service at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause.
Service of process may also be made in such other manner as may be permissible under the applicable court rules.
Service of process in any action, suit or proceeding relating to such matters may be made and served within or outside the State of Delaware by registered or certified mail to the parties and their representatives at their respective addresses specified in Section 7.6, provided that a reasonable time, not less than thirty (30) days, is allowed for response.
